  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets, carrot slices, bell pepper pieces, red onion wedges, and zucchini rounds with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. 4. Roast for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
